Critical Requirements
[ ] U.S. Citizenship: Confirm you are a U.S. citizen (Mandatory).
[ ] Deadline: Ensure all materials are submitted by December 31, 2026.
Academic & Testing Documents
[ ] Academic Transcripts
Medical Students: Medical school transcript (unofficial is fine).
College Students: College transcript.
[ ] Board Scores: Include all USMLE or COMLEX scores (if applicable to your current level of training).
Personal Statement
[ ] Statement clearly explaining your interest in dermatology and research.
Letters of Recommendation (Choose one option)
Total of 3 letters required OR kindly provide full names, title(s), telephone numbers, and email addresses for 3 references.
[ ] Option A (Standard): 3 letters, ideally from dermatologists (residency application letters are acceptable).
[ ] Option B (No local Derm program): 3 letters from non-dermatology faculty.
[ ] Option C (College Students): 3 letters from professors or past supervisors.

For 2027, we will begin accepting applications October 1 with a deadline of December 31, 2026 for the the last applications to be received. Acceptances may occur on a rolling basis so the earlier we receive your application the better; we expect all interviews to be completed by end of January 2027.
